 Michelle  is the owner of Life’s Retreat Massage & Spa. Her passion is creating a calm, welcoming space where clients can relax, restore, and care for their well-being. She believes true wellness comes from thoughtful service, skilled therapists, and feeling genuinely cared for. 

Kristina is passionate about helping clients feel their best and specializes in advanced treatments like HydraFacial and microneedling. She focuses on creating a relaxing, results-driven experience that leaves your skin refreshed and glowing.  

 Cheryl is a skilled massage therapist who loves helping clients feel their best. When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, cheering on a hockey game or playing hockey, fishing, or exploring new travel destinations. 

 Cheyenne is passionate about helping clients feel their best through her expertise in lymphatic, myofascial, craniosacral, TMJ, and other massage techniques. When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening, reading and expanding her knowledge of new modalities to better support her clients’ wellness. 

 Ashley is a skilled massage therapist specializing in deep tissue and cupping therapy. She is dedicated to helping clients relieve tension, improve mobility, and achieve overall wellness through her expert techniques and personalized care. 

Breanne is a dedicated massage therapist who balances her practice with staying home and caring for her children. She enjoys  spending time outdoors with her family, and bringing a nurturing, personalized touch to every session. 

 Morgan is a licensed massage therapist who is passionate about creating a caring space where clients leave feeling better—physically, mentally, and spiritually—than when they arrived. Morgan views Massage Therapy more than just a service; to her it’s a ministry of touch and healing.

Danica is currently studying advanced esthetics and will be joining us in 2026 to bring fresh skills and passion for skincare to our team.
