 Michelle  is the owner of Life’s Retreat Massage & Spa. Her passion is creating a calm, welcoming space where clients can relax, restore, and care for their well-being. She believes true wellness comes from thoughtful service, skilled therapists, and feeling genuinely cared for. 

Kristina is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through advanced, results-driven treatments. She combines a strong focus on skin health with a calming, restorative approach to create an elevated spa experience. Her goal is to leave every client feeling refreshed, confident, and naturally radiant. 

Danica is a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare and helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I strive to create a calm, welcoming environment where every client feels cared for.

 Cheryl is a skilled massage therapist who loves helping clients feel their best. When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, cheering on a hockey game or playing hockey, fishing, or exploring new travel destinations. 

 Cheyenne is passionate about helping clients feel their best through her expertise in lymphatic, myofascial, craniosacral, TMJ, and other massage techniques. When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening, reading and expanding her knowledge of new modalities to better support her clients’ wellness. 

 Isabella is a licensed massage therapist specializing in therapeutic and Swedish massage. She focuses on relieving tension, promoting relaxation, and creating a personalized experience for every client. Outside of work, Isabella enjoys crochet, art, and outdoor picnics—bringing a calm, creative energy into each session. 

Sam is licensed massage therapist with an emphasis on therapeutic massage. His goal for each client is to help them towards being at their best. Has background in Pressure Point Therapy and Relaxation Massage and plans to expand his modalities in the future. While not at work, he enjoys watching sports and playing board games with friends
