This massage is the most popular type of massage.  A variety of techniques are used to promote muscle relaxation, increase circulation, decrease stress, and improve range of motion.

This massage is used to alleviate pain caused by too much physical activity.  Prevents delayed onset muscle soreness.

 This massage is the use of hands, forearms, elbows, and fists.  Deep penetration of the muscle fibers is used to alleviate pain caused by Trigger Points, chronic pain, and tension. 

 This massage can be immediately after birth (2 weeks if a C-section is performed).  It is beneficial to reduce fluid retention and help the uterus return to its original size.  It can also help to reduce physical and emotional stress.
